A CUP OF WARM WATER THIS MORNING: 8 CUPS A DAY

Good morning LFRs and a happy Sunday to y'all. Hope you had a splendid night cuz i did. Its 7:00am here in Owerri and I might not be in church today. I woke up with back and waist cramps, been telling my friend to throw punches at my back,ionno what can be wrong but am thinking its too much sugar in my body, yea i never told yall about my crave for DIGESTIVE CHOCOLATE BISCUIT. : (

This morning,before my exercise, punching tinz, i took a cup of warm water reasons that:
It is very easy to get that weight loss have been wanting
It is going to keep me from overeating
It is contributing to my body system to burn calories
Easy way to speed up my metabolism
Flushes toxins away from my body system especially those released from my workout sessions.

You can spice up your cup of water by adding little grape fruit juice or squashed lemon to have that refreshing taste. Water fills you up while trying to lose weight-Remember its eight-nine cups and nothing more, no more no less. x
