Silvio was accused in 2010 of paying for sex with a 17year
old Morrocan girl(Karima El Mahroug) and forced release in the public when the
17 year old was in the police custody for petty theft.
In October 2012, Silvio was charged for tax fraud with four
years in prison now(2013) the 74 year old Silvio Berlusconi has been charged 7
years in prison for alleged corruption and underage prostitution and also
banned from taking up political office pending an appeal.
