Some people are 22, 25, 28, 30, 40 years of age and have jiggly arms or "christian mother batwings" coupled with the famous johnny bravo body shape. If you are one like this and you are willing to trim your arms, here's what you need to do:

- Eat a clean diet of natural food
-Lower your intake of carbohydrate(yam, rice and all)
-Do push ups and weight lifting(don't be muscular than your man tho)
-Make use of your skipping rope thrice a week.
-Don't escape the weight of your dumbbbells- very easy and comfortable.
-Use a pulley at the gym dragging it from your back to to a straight position in front of your face.

NOTE: You know your arms are slightly trimming down if you feel pain after a week.
