Your 30minutes YOGA(you dont need any WORKOUT equipment)

Yoga allows for the movement of oxygenated blood to almost 100% of your body to each organ and fibre restoring all systems to working right like they should with the aid of different postures.. This is a new exercise for me so i am considering doing them on wednesdays before my cucumber diet. You can do these on your own maybe you pick a day or two in a week and see how it goes. Here are 13 postures to try out this midweek;

Its quite sad that its only the awkward pose you have seen me try. Try these poses out in the mornings or late evenings before your shower.
