it for myself and not anybody.
some people be like- o my God! see my tummy, o my god am fat! my boyfriend reads a manual to have sex with me, i have a lot of tyres and contours, my brother promised me a car if i trimmed down. o my dad says am lazy cuz am FAT! and and and... O pleeeeaasseee! NOISE! iTS NOT EASY! its not just easy, YOU have to watch what you eat, you have to workout every morning, you have to be selective bla bla bla. its not just easy to keep up with the rules but you could actually help yourself tho', for just twenty-five minutes like seriously in lagos nigeria when i get a job( jobless me) ild still carry on with my workouts cuz it has helped alot.
I wouldnt lie to you guys but am a GLUTTON. i fit eat like craze! my saving grace na my early mor mor workouts, like create time for yourself, work around the house,sweep,washplates do the basics and now do sit ups, strecth, jog around. You should have more time doing the stretching( contract those flabby shake shake belle) and do situps( there are kits for this exercise, just 1,500),then there should be little time to jog, be time conscious also cuz you wdnt want to loose your job, sweat it out in the morning, drink coffee when you get to work but remember too much of everything kills. Burning fats with drugs and those mede mede has its consequences you know.

You'll feel younger too, because strength training turns back the aging clock. Strength training also encourages you to exercise more throughout the day. Once your muscles become stronger—usually by week 2 or 3—you will find yourself suddenly doing things you never thought possible. You'll take a walk instead of sitting in front of the TV, take the stairs instead of the elevator, and take quick walking breaks instead of sitting at your desk all day.
But remember to always rest and be happy by weekends, rest is important, bringing friends over to spice up your weekends isnt a bad idea you know, so you shake off the stress in your face and be happy with your body.
