President Jonathan hails PDP

The President of Nigeria on Thursday hailed the People's Democratic Party at the meeting of the National Executive committee (NEC) in Abuja and described the party as a major stabilizing factor to the success of Nigeria's democratic governance. He wants all party to merge into one political system so that Nigeria will be divided into a two party system. Her's more of what he said:

 "We want a situation where it is PDP versus one party. When you have so many parties in their own, you know they cannot face us until they come together then you know that we are formidable, They know that we(PDP) are very strong.."
He urged Governors to try as much as possible to take care of the crisis in the states especially that of killings and he said that PDP will continue to RULE the nation for its progress and stability.
